We recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance for wedding catering, especially during peak season (May through October). Popular dates fill quickly, so early planning ensures you get your preferred date and allows ample time for menu tastings and customization.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?
Absolutely! We work closely with every couple to accommodate dietary needs including gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, and allergy-specific requirements. Our custom menu approach means we can create delicious options for every guest at your celebration.
Do you provide tastings before the wedding?
Yes, we offer complimentary menu tastings for booked wedding clients. During your tasting, you will sample your selected dishes and have the opportunity to make adjustments. Gina personally walks you through every detail to ensure your menu is exactly what you envision.
